Therefore it is called de-cat pipe or cat-less pipe because it does not have a catalytic converter. The system replaces a stock of factory muffler and catalytic converter arrangement. The V-8 engine 3.50-inch diameter pipes are replaced with 4.0-inch diameter stainless pipes.
